The NEON District in Norfolk, Virginia, is a vibrant arts district featuring murals, galleries, performance venues, and creative spaces. It celebrates contemporary art and culture, hosting various events and exhibitions that engage the community and visitors alike.

For this project, NEON District and Kyle developed a list of iconography that had historical as well as sentimental relevance to the local area. This installation was completed in just under 2 weeks making this Kyle’s largest public facing work to date.
