The Lewes Public Arts Commission in Delaware aims to enhance the city's public spaces by integrating high-quality contemporary art. Established in 2019, the commission focuses on creating a vibrant arts scene to stimulate local dialogue and elevate Lewes as a notable arts destination through various public art projects and educational initiatives​

The Lewes Public Arts Commission, commissioned Kyle to create a collage of the vibrant local town of Lewes, Delaware. The Public Arts Commission, a local Lewes, Delaware historian and Kyle, collaborated on ways to incorporate historical landmarks as well as other important iconography that viewers would instantly recognize when they pass the mural on the Lewes Georgetown Trail.
